Born in Bangladesh. Built for the world.

A Bangladeshi company with a singular mission: to connect global expertise with Bangladesh's extraordinary natural resource potential and build a world-class indigenous mining capability.

ZeroPlus Mining Limited was founded with the conviction that Bangladesh stands at a pivotal moment in its natural resource history. The country possesses immense proven and undiscovered reserves of natural gas, oil, coal and industrial minerals — yet much of this wealth remains locked beneath the surface, awaiting the capital, technology and expertise that international exploration companies can bring.

We operate as a specialist local agent and strategic partner for foreign oil companies (FOCs), international oil companies (IOCs), junior explorers, equipment suppliers and service companies seeking to establish or expand their footprint in Bangladesh. Our deep understanding of Petrobangla’s regulatory framework, the Bangladesh Oil, Gas and Mineral Corporation (BOGMC), and the wider Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC) ecosystem enables our principals to move faster and smarter.

Bangladesh’s Production Sharing Contract (PSC) regime, managed by Petrobangla under the Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources, has attracted majors including Chevron, Shell and ConocoPhillips over the decades. The government’s Vision 2041 energy roadmap creates unprecedented demand for domestic gas and LNG — a demand that cannot be met without aggressive new exploration.

While we currently serve as agents and facilitators, our long-term vision is to become an operator — building our own exploration, drilling and production capabilities through joint ventures, technology transfer, and the gradual accumulation of operational expertise. Every partnership we form today is a step toward that vision.

Our Core Principles
  • Integrity First

We operate with complete transparency and hold ourselves to international governance standards in every relationship.

  • Local Advantage

Our relationships with government, communities and institutions are our partners' competitive advantage.

  • Long-Term Thinking

We build durable partnerships, not transactional engagements. Bangladesh's resource story is a multi-decade journey.

  • Knowledge Transfer

We are committed to building Bangladesh's domestic technical workforce and institutional capacity in the resource sector.

  • Environmental Stewardship

We champion responsible, sustainable resource development aligned with Bangladesh's climate commitments.
